This is your opportunity to travel through McLennan County, Travis County, Dallas County and others, all while relaxing and without breaking the bank.

According to a press release from RedCoach, the luxury motorcoach company headquartered in Florida is expanding into Texas with a multitude of routes to choose from.

“RedCoach is excited to expand to Texas and bring the market the first-ever, affordable luxury line-run service,” said Florencia Cirigliano, Vice President of Marketing for RedCoach. “Texas has grown tremendously over the past decade, and as more people and businesses migrate to the state, it makes sense for RedCoach to bring a new way of travel to the market. We have been the only premier luxury line-run service in the Southeastern region for more than a decade, and we believe in offering a bus travel experience that is stress-free, affordable and treats every passenger as first-class.”

Texas is one of the largest states in the U.S., and getting from one city to another can not only be expensive, but frustrating too. Constant construction and traffic can be a major headache, but now there’s a better option available.

Enjoy the Ride

Instead of dealing with unnecessary stress, you can just book a ticket with RedCoach and find yourself much more relaxed. Each luxury motorcoach is custom-made and fitted with 26 seats that offer guests much more comfort than your average bus. You’ll find spacious legroom and bed-like seats that recline up to 140 degrees!

RedCoach’s fleet also provides complimentary Wi-Fi, 110v power outlets, on-board entertainment, complimentary snacks and water, no baggage fees, and more.

Routes

RedCoach offers nonstop, daily routes available at strategic locations in central areas with easy access to the I-35.

RedCoach’s Houston stop is at the Marriott Residence Inn located at 904 Dallas.

The Austin stop is at Embassy Suites by Hilton located at 300 S. Congress, and Dallas travelers will depart and arrive from 555 S. Lamar, walking distance from The Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center Dallas.

Texas A&M Aggies and locals to the Bryan-College Station area can catch the RedCoach bus on-campus at 188 Bizzell St., while Baylor Bears and Waco citizens will depart and arrive from 1020 S. 5th Street.

RedCoach’s full schedule for nonstop transportation between Houston, Dallas, Austin, Waco, and College Station can be viewed here.

Pricing

To celebrate the expansion of RedCoach into Texas, travelers can purchase tickets starting at $15 per seat, no matter which class, from now until Tuesday, Nov. 16 – which is notably Safe Driving Day. This offering is only available for Texas routes, and can be purchased at redcoachusa.com

“We are entering peak travel season with the holidays quickly approaching, and we are continuing to see demand for travel increase, which will only drive airline ticket pricing higher. When you factor in the cost to fly with the time you have to spend at the airport, traveling become more of a hassle than a relaxing experience,” added Cirgliano. “It is important to RedCoach that our passengers experience stress-free travel, which is why we require passengers to arrive only 15 minutes before departure. But most importantly, we believe everyone deserves a comfortable travel experience at an affordable rate.”

Similar to the airline industry’s pricing model, RedCoach offers dynamic rates with fares starting as low as $25. The maximum price for one-way is $60 and $120 for round-trip.

A Florida-based luxury bus operator is riding into Texas, where it is offering nonstop service in Austin, College Station, Dallas, Houston and Waco.

Similar to airline industry pricing, RedCoach uses a dynamic pricing model, with rates based on a variety of factors, including demand. The company said fares start as low as $25, while the maximum price is $60 for a one-way trip and $120 for roundtrip.

“Texas has grown tremendously over the past decade, and as more people and businesses migrate to the state, it makes sense for RedCoach to bring a new way of travel to the market,” said Florencia Cirigliano, vice president of marketing for RedCoach.

RedCoach, which launched in Orlando, Fla., in 2010, offers travelers first-class and business-class options with amenities including complimentary Wi-Fi, 110-volt power outlets, on-board entertainment, complimentary snacks and water and no baggage fees.

The company says its motorcoaches have 26 seats that provide legroom and bed-like seats that recline up to 140 degrees. RedCoach has transported more than 1 million passengers since its founding, according to the company.

RedCoach said its nonstop, daily routes are scheduled in central areas of cities with easy access to Interstate 35. Service in Austin will arrive and depart from Embassy Suites by Hilton, which is at 300 S. Congress Ave.

Austin’s nonstop routes are to Dallas, Houston and Waco. So far, no Fort Worth or San Antonio service is offered.

“We are entering peak travel season with the holidays quickly approaching, and we are continuing to see demand for travel increase, which will only drive airline ticket pricing higher,” Cirgliano said.

Why You’ll Love Red Coach’s Luxury Seats

Nothing will impact your ability to enjoy an extended bus trip like the condition of the seats. How comfortable are they? Do you have enough legroom? Have they been properly sanitized between trips? How is the view?

We think that you’re going to love the luxury seats on our motor coaches.

Whether you’re travelling across the state of Florida or making a quick trip from Miami to Fort Lauderdale, you can enjoy the entire length of the journey in these comfortable, spacious seats.

Red Coach seats are about more than a little extra space, though. Anyone can space out their seating arrangements a little. We’ve gone the extra mile (pun intended) to provide the most relaxing and comfortable luxury seats on any motor coach in the state. Here’s why we think you’ll love them, too.

The Seats

When we started our search for the ultimate comfort, we couldn’t find anything that met our demands and expectations. All the bus seats we came across were just like all the other ones we’d seen before. They were fine, but they weren’t amazing.

We wanted to offer something more.

So, we went all the way to Argentina to find the ultimate comfort.

In the city of Rosario, we got the best leather in the country. They were even able to custom-make two types of seats for us, which we immediately switched with the stock seats that were already in our buses. We simply kept the old frames and installed the new 100% Argentinian leather.

These seats are 18 to 21 inches wide (depending on which class you book) and they combine with the other amenities onboard to provide an amazing experience.

The Setup

The setup in First Class and Business Class are almost the exact same, with only a small difference or two. In both situations, you will get:

  • Foot rest
  • 140-degree reclining seats
  • 110V power outlets
  • Free Wi-Fi

In First Class, passengers can take advantage of some extra legroom, seats that are 21 inches wide (rather than 18), and a convenient laptop desk.

These amenities are reliable and convenient and can make the trip go by even faster. Whether you want to get some work done, watch a favorite movie on your mobile device, or just kick back and relax in the most comfortable seating around, it’s all possible with RedCoach.

The Complete Experience

While the seats are critical to the overall experience, at RedCoach, we strive to make the trip as comfortable as possible from beginning to end.

Whether you’re relaxing in the comfortable leather seats, using the Wi-Fi and laptop desk to get some work done, or just enjoying the beautiful scenery as we cross the state, we have created a unique experience that travelers can enjoy.

Beyond the comfort, though, we also have a high priority on safety. Our drivers have extensive experience behind the wheel, and we monitor every mile of every trip through an 8-camera feed and GPS tracking system. If the unexpected ever happens, we have qualified people ready to spring into action and get you back on the road.

Book Your Seat Today

We have fewer seats on our motor coaches than you might find on other buses. This is simply because we chose to reduce the number of potential passengers so we could make the experience more comfortable and more spacious for everyone who gets on one of our buses.

That does mean that seating is limited on each of our bus routes, so don’t wait to book your bus tickets today and ride in luxury across Florida.

Make Holiday Travelling in Texas Simple and Convenient

There’s nothing quite like holiday traffic to really make your season bright.

Right?

Okay, now that we’ve got the sarcasm out of the way, the truth of the matter is that getting out on the busy roads and dealing with all those other drivers who are just as stressed and frustrated as you can be something of a downer, when all you really want to do is enjoy some time with your friends and family.

There is, of course, an easier way to deal with holiday travelling this year. (We’ll let you guess what that is, given the website you’re currently on.)

It’s a simple solution that can connect you to people across the state or provide a new opportunity to see some of the seasonal attraction that actually do brighten up the season.

So, first, let’s consider where you might go this year.

See the Holiday Sights in Texas

Throughout the holiday season, you can find a lot of great activities, events, and seasonal attractions to help get you in the festive mood. For a few quick examples, you could hop on one of our luxury buses to some of the largest cities in Texas and see:

Enchanted Christmas in Dallas, TX – Check out the Light Maze adventure where you’ll get to experience the story of “The Great Search” and help find Santa’s lost reindeer. There is also a chance for some great ice skating as you slide along a special trail made for skaters. When you’re done with that, take some time to explore the village where you can find gourmet foods and a range of other products designed to enhance and highlight the Christmas spirit.

The Light Park – This is an amazing display with four locations throughout Texas. Here, you’ll see millions of lights that are synchronized to a DJ’d mix of Christmas music, and since it’s a drive-through display, you can enjoy the music through your own sound system.

The Dallas Zoo Lights – Throughout this season, this famous zoo puts up more than a million lights, including light sculptures, light tunnels, moving images, unique animal lanterns, and more. This year, the route will end with a large Reliant Holiday Village where you can get photos with Santa, check out the 30-food tree, or sit back and enjoy some musical performances.

Holiday Bus Routes in Texas

Can you get where you need to go on one of our bus routes? We currently have several routes in this state that connect you to some of the biggest cities and most popular destinations in Texas.

When you ride the bus to these Texas destinations, you can expect non-stop routes from city to city and travel times that are comparable to driving on your own.

Check out our current routes and destinations and get your tickets, to Dallas, Austin, Houston, College Station, and Waco (with routes to San Antonio, Fort Worth, and San Marcos coming soon). Whether you’re travelling to meet up with your family in these cities or to catch up with old friends, we’ll make sure you get where you’re going this holiday season.

Relax and Let Us Deal with the Traffic

The holidays are stressful enough without having to deal with the congested streets and packed highways.

You can make your holiday travelling simpler and – dare we say it – relaxing when you travel on one of our high-class motor coaches.

You can sit back and relax in our oversized seats (up to 21 inches wide and more legroom than you’ll find on other buses), take advantage of our free wi-fi and convenient power outlets to get some online shopping done on the way, or catch up on all those Christmas movies you haven’t had time for.

Our highly experienced drivers take every precaution to get you to your destination as safely as possible. We even have a high-tech solution to monitor every mile of the trip, so we can respond quickly if any help is required.

Make the most of your holidays this year. Check out some of the great seasonal attractions or just take the time to visit your loved ones and help brighten their holidays. Whatever you’re doing this year, we’ll make the journey more enjoyable than ever before.

RedCoach’s VP of Marketing Florencia Cirigliano spoke with CNBC about how bus travel is a safe and affordable alternative to air travel

Many people are looking to expand their horizons in 2022 and are looking for safe ways to travel, as well as comfortable alternatives to air travel. CNBC recently explored the experiences of local travelers who traveled by motorcoach bus.

One New York City Resident said:

“I don’t have anything against it,” he said, referring to motorcoach leisure travel. “But the specific situation of traveling from Pittsburgh to New York has a familiarity about it for me that doesn’t exist anywhere else, in terms of feeling comfortable aboard a bus.”

Red Coach’s Vice President of Marketing, Florencia Cirigliano, was interviewed for the piece. She was quoted in the CNBC article saying, “People here are used to bus travel, but it’s a different kind of bus travel,” she said. “When we started, people said ‘What are you doing? Americans don’t want buses.’

“But many people who would never get on a regular bus would probably jump out of their cars if they were given our kind of bus option.”

Bus travel isn’t going anywhere and RedCoach is proud to serve the Florida and Texas in bus travel. The article mentions that the bus industry serves twice as many travelers as Amtrak.

“One trend that’s picked up steam in the last five years is business- or first-class motorcoach lines that offer point-to-point service along with limited, luxury seating; food and drinks; and, in some cases, on-board attendants. They are also competitively priced compared to rail and air offerings on similar routes, and are often highly discounted in comparison,” the article states.

At RedCoach you get the first-class seating on every ride you take, which allows us to stand out in the industry.

“When people try our seating and experience the comfort, the Wi-Fi [and] the convenience of our [drop-off] locations compared to flying and going through the TSA and all, they’re kind of hooked,” said Cirigliano.

RedCoach doesn’t charge for seat assignments or luggage (two pieces and a carry-on are allowed for free). We also offer the RedRiders rewards program, making luxury bus travel both affordable and appealing.

“With all the wear and tear, the mileage and how much it costs to fill your tank, [driving] adds up,” Cirigliano said. “We’re luxury but also affordable and we want to make this concept available to everybody.”

In Dallas

  1. AT&T Stadium – This is home of the Dallas Cowboys and a must-see location for any fan. An Alternative Way to Travel for Business in Texas

$

Travelling for business in Texas has a unique set of challenges. They say that everything is bigger in Texas, and that certainly applies to the space between our major cities. Getting to your destination on time and fully relaxed and ready to conduct business can be rough if you have to spend several hours trying to navigate the congested Texas highways.

There is an alternative way to travel for business in Texas. RedCoach makes it easy to get from Houston to Dallas – or most of the other major cities in this state – at an affordable price and arrive relaxed and ready to take on the world.

What Does RedCoach Offer?

At RedCoach, we’ve worked hard to develop a travel experience that is focused on comfort and safety, giving you the perfect opportunity to make the most of your time between locations.

Our motorcoaches are designed with extra legroom, and the seats are 18 to 21 inches wide. This means you’ve got plenty of room to stretch out and be comfortable. You can recline up to 140 degrees, too, so you can lay back and rest up before you reach your destination.

Every passenger has access to standard 110V power outlets and complimentary WiFi so you can access your favorite entertainment or stay in touch with your co-workers as you travel. There’s even a convenient laptop table so you can work without having to rest your computer on your lap.

Safety is also a major part of the RedCoach experience. Our motorcoaches are monitored by our control center for the entire trip. There are 8 total cameras inside and outside the bus, so we know what’s happening at any given moment.

Why Use RedCoach for Business Travel?

Do you have a big meeting in Dallas? Are you presenting an important proposal to a group of business people?

You need to show up on time, relaxed, confident, and fully prepared.

When you drive from, say, Houston to Dallas, you’re going to do most of it on some pretty busy and really congested roads. This is not what one could call conducive to relaxation and productivity.

When you spend hours on the road trying to figure out why this person ahead of you refuses to go any faster than 5 miles under the speed limit when you’re trapped in the lane behind them, well, chances are you’re going to arrive more frazzled than fresh.

Now, compare that to the RedCoach experience.

You can let someone else deal with the traffic while you kick back and relax in our super-comfortable chairs. On the other hand, you can take advantage of the time to put those finishing touches on your presentation, answer some important emails, or draft a new document for the business.

Time is money. And when you’re travelling through Texas, there’s a lot of time you can use to be productive. Rather than fighting traffic and building stress

Once You Arrive

Travelling by motorcoach across Texas is, obviously, a little different than when you drive yourself. Once you arrive in the Dallas or Houston, you won’t be able to just hop back into your car to go find something to eat. You’ll have to rely on some alternative methods to get around.

However, with a little extra planning, you can traverse these cities simply enough. Consider some of the following:

Getting around Dallas

Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) is a good way to get from place to place once you arrive in Dallas. It’s extremely simple and convenient to use, and very affordable if you don’t have a very large travel allowance from your company.

While there are many walkable areas throughout the city, the Dallas Fort Worth area is really large. You may want to keep your rideshare app handy to make sure you can get where you are going.

Transportation in Houston

You don’t need a car to successfully navigate Houston. METRO is Houston’s public transportation system that includes a light rail, local bus system, cab service, and The Wave (a jitney service that shuttles people around some popular nightlife areas).

Make the Most of Your Trip

When the business portion of your business trip is over, you may not be returning to Dallas or Houston any time soon, so make sure you don’t miss out on some of the biggest attractions in these cities.

You could catch the Cowboys or the Astros play. You might visit the JFK museum or check out the Dallas Arts District. There are countless things to do and see throughout the state, so while you have a little extra time once all the business meetings are concluded, make sure you use the time you have to see as much as you can.

And don’t worry if you feel a little tired after finding the best restaurants and attraction in Texas. You can kick back and relax on one of our luxury motorcoaches all the way back home.
